About

Sonar survey equipment for imaging seabed features and for penetrating the sea floor have been in continuous production at Kongsberg GeoAcoustics' Great Yarmouth base since the 1980s. Ground-breaking systems such as GeoSwath, GeoChirp3D and PulSAR continue to lead the way in this field with a worldwide customer base, and since 2008 under the ownership of the renowned Norwegian technology company, Kongsberg Maritime.
