Stories of St George’s; St George’s Theatre self-guided heritage tour - Heritage Open Day in GREAT YARMOUTH, Great Yarmouth - Great Yarmouth

St George's Theatre

About

St George’s theatre is just a short walk from the town centre and the sea front, set in a stunningly refurbished Grade 1 listed building. Originally constructed in 1721, the chapel is recognised as one of the finest examples of Baroque architecture in the country.

Open for shows all year round, theatre goers might visit St George’s and never learn that not all the drama happens onstage.

Turn back time and enjoy some of the weird and wonderful stories of St George’s.

To experience this event, guests will need to bring a device that can scan QR codes and a pair of headphones. Limited tablets will be available to borrow.
