The Arts Festival brings together music, visual arts, theatre, heritage and a carnival procession. It is for people of all ages and ethnic groups in the borough and aims to bring in visitors from outside the area. It is held in many venues throughout the Borough. There will be many workshops leading up to the Carnivalwhere people can make costumes, banners, musical instruments and learn dances and songs.
