Explore Great Yarmouth
There's no-where quite like Regent Road, a lively, wide, pedestrianised avenue leading all the way from the seafront to the town centre, lit in the evening by a stunning ceiling of light. When you reach the town centre, Regent Road becomes Regent Street and goes all the way to the quay past more shops and cafés.
Regent Road is one of the liveliest places to be by day with crowds of people strolling up and down, browsing the hundreds of unusual shops, enjoying seaside food and drink in busy pavement cafés and restaurants and watching traditional Great Yarmouth rock made through the windows of the two rock factories.
As evening falls, the ceiling of lights starts to twinkle and glitter, lighting the way to evening entertainment. With restaurants, bars and pubs all the way along, it's the ideal destination for evening meals, cocktails or after dinner fun and games.
Additional evening entertainment includes Spencer's Sports Bar plus regular live music at The Prince Regent and a lively atmosphere at The Troll Cart, a large pub named after a traditional Yarmouth vehicle used to transport goods up and down the Rows.
