Welcome to the official application gateway for vehicle displays at the Visit Great Yarmouth Wheels Festival, Great Yarmouth 20th & 21st June 2026
Whether you’re showcasing your pride and joy as an individual exhibitor or applying to display as part of a car or motorbike club, please select the correct option below and follow the instructions carefully.
If you would like to display your personal vehicle(s) at the Wheels Festival, please use the individual application link. If you are submitting more than one vehicle, be sure to list the details for each vehicle on the same form.

After submitting your application, you will receive a confirmation email. Approved exhibitors will be contacted with arrival times, display zone information, and festival guidelines.
If you are wishing to attend as part of a car club group and you are the club leader, please use the dedicated club application link. If you are not the club leader please ensure that your club leader fills out the form.

Clubs will be allocated space based on availability and display size.

Important Notes for All Exhibitors
Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
All vehicles must remain in place during the core festival display hours.
Safety guidelines and marshal instructions must be followed at all times.
