Male, female and accessible toilets and showers available (£1), free water, electric charging point (£1) and rubbish disposal. Power points in the ladies toilets for hairdryers & straighteners (50p charge).
Maps and tide tables available to buy.
Town centre just 10 minutes walks, railway station 5 minutes, seafront and beach 30 minutes walk.
The building is not fully accessibility to disabled users but has accessible toilets.

By Road: From the A47 roundabout at Asda/Vauxhall follow signs for Great Yarmouth taking a left turn at the Fullers Hill roundabout onto Lawn Avenue. Proceed along Lawn Avenue a short distance taking a left turn onto Tar Works Road which gives access to the Yacht Station.
