Counterfeit Quo formed in Essex in early 1995 by four hardened Quo fans who set out to recreate the dynamic Quo performances of old. The band's reputation spread rapidly and they have now toured every region of the UK, ventured into Europe and featured on local and national BBC Radio.
An adrenaline charged set crashes its way through many of Quo's 22 top ten chart hits including In The Army, Down Down, Whatever You Want and Rocking All Over The World, whilst still paying tribute to glorious earlier albums like Pile Driver, Hello and 'Quo'. What you get is heads down, no-nonsense boogie played on the familiar beaten up green and white Telecasters by the denim clad likenesses of Status Quo.
