Situated on Marine Parade which is the vibrant focal point of Great Yarmouth's seafront, packed with amusements, attractions, adventure golf, pubs and restaurants. Hollywood Cinema and Britannia Pier can be viewed from the apartment. Within walking distance to the Sea Life Centre, Pleasure Beach, Great Yarmouth's Racecourse and the town centre. The long sandy stretch of beach is only a few feet away with miles of golden sands. Pleasurewood Hills theme park, Pettits Adventure Park and many more attractions nearby. Good local bus service.

Dukes Mansion Apartment offers spacious luxury living accommodation for 10 to 12 people making it an ideal holiday for families or groups of friends sharing who are looking for a spacious, well maintained property with a high level of comfort. Newly renovated to an excellent high standard and finish with retained original period features. Beautifully presented with 5 bedrooms, plus large sofa bed, large kitchen dining room with separate lounge, 3 bathrooms and a small outside terraced area with superb views of the sea and Scroby Sands.

Accommodation is over 5 levels:

Ground Floor: Large oak panelled hallway with plenty of hooks and space for coats and shoes.

First level: Large family bathroom with walk in electric shower, two vanity washbasins and bath, separate WC and hand basin. Laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer. Ironing board and Iron.

Second level: Large stylish kitchen fitted to an excellent high standard with white shiny work units with large work island, microwave, wine chiller, large range cooker, dishwasher and American style fridge freezer with ice maker. Dining Room area with a grand rosewood dining table with 12 chairs, fireplace, leather sofa and 2 arm chairs. 50 inch TV/freeview with DVD (DVDs and few games/books provided). French doors and windows with spectacular views of the sea and seafront.

Third level: Bedroom one with two single beds, wardrobe, hairdryer and washbasin. Bedroom two with double bed, wardrobe, hairdryer and washbasin.

Fourth level: Large spacious lounge with seating for 12 people, large leather sofa bed, fireplace, 50 inch Sky TV, stunning seaviews. Shower room with walk in shower, washbasin, wc and bluetooth speaker. Bedroom Three with Double bed, built in wardrobe, dressing table, hairdryer, TV.

Fifth level:. Shower room with walk in shower, large vanity washbasin, wc and bluetooth speaker. Bedroom four – Double bed with built in wardrobe and dressing table, hairdryer, TV, sea view. Bedroom Five – King size double bed with built in wardrobe, dressing table, hairdryer, TV. Door in bedroom leading to a small outside terrace area with magnificent views of sea and seafront. (Please note this is a small outside terrace area suitable for 2 to 4 people. We provide 2 sunloungers and 4 chairs which can either be used at one time).

Free complimentary Wifi Provided. (Due to the location and and size of the Apartment we cannot be held responsible for loss of signal).

All bedlinen is provided with beds made up for your arrival. We supply a limited amount of spare bed linen.

Cot and high chair available on request. (We do not provide cot bed linen)

Towels - we provide one bath towel and one hand towel per person. We do not supply beach towels. Tea towels are provided.

Central Heating is inclusive of the price but hopefully this will not be needed during the summer season.

Electricity - we allow £20 of free electricity usage for your weekly stay. If you go over this amount this will be taken off your deposit.

Parking – Unfortunately we do not have parking at Dukes Apartment. You can pre-book your weekly car park rover ticket which is valid for 8 days and cost £28.60 per car - available to buy on line at www.great-yarmouth.gov.uk. This will enable you to park in most of the council run car parks on the seafront and in the town centre (please note some car parks are excluded). We also have two visitors resident parking permits which you can use free of charge, these allow you to park in any resident A space in any of the back streets behind Dukes or anywhere you see the resident permit A sign. The permits will need to be returned to us on your departure day so that we can give them to our next arriving guests as we only have the originals. If these are not returned to us, we will take £50 off your damage security deposit for each replacement permit and also for the inconvenience this will cause to us and our next arriving guests, so please remember to return them.

Holidays are for 7 nights only, Saturday to Saturday.

Check in time is from 3pm (please arrive as near to arrival time as possible).

You will be met on arrival and shown around the Apartment personally by the owner, who will be available by phone to answer any questions during you stay. Instruction and information booklet available in the Apartment.

Check out time is 10.30am - please depart promptly on time.

Deposit - once your booking is confirmed we will require £200.00 deposit (per week) to secure your booking (Non refundable). The remainder of your holiday must be paid 8 weeks before your holiday start date. For holidays booked less than 8 weeks before, full payment is required.

A damage/cleaning security deposit is required of £200.00 is to be paid with your full payment, this will be returned to you at the end of your holiday minus any extra electricity payments on condition everything is ok on inspection of the Apartment.

Payment is by Bank Transfer or cheque.

Conditions - strictly no smoking in the Apartment. Families, friends and couples only. No groups of under 25s. No Pets. Please leave Apartment as you found it, all cleaning materials are provided.

Fantastic Seaside Stay
This apartment is absolutely superb. It has recently been completed to a very high standard and has everything you could possibly need for a lovely holiday by the sea. When I walked in I just thought “wow”. There is a huge dining table which is lovely for family and friends to get together and this room overlooks the sea. The owners have given a lot of thought to the facilities provided in the apartment, it is clean and comfortable with lots of space. We stayed with some friends but it would be ideal for families to share. It is ideally situated for the beach, restaurants, pubs, entertainment and it’s within an easy walk to the main shopping areas. We loved it and will definitely go again.

Wow!! As soon as you walk into this apartment you are simply amazed! As a family of 11, we came down for the Great Yarmouth Airshow and finding accommodation isn't easy, finding luxury accommodation almost impossible, until we found this place. Every room is furnished to the highest standard, bedrooms for the kids and larger bedrooms for Adults, 2 large family rooms both with stunning views across the beach and down the promenade. This is without a double the most luxurious self catering apartment in Great Yarmouth. Cannot recommend it highly enough 10 out of 10 !!

After knowing the owners of this apartment for my whole life, I would highly recommend dealing with them, they are lovely people, you cant go wrong a trusty reputable family to deal with. Dukes apartment is absolutely stunning - Angie and Steve have worked so hard to restore this place to a wonderful apartment which is in a fantastic location.

Road Directions

By Road:
The region is easily accessible by road from all parts of the UK. Major trunk roads into Norfolk are the M11, A11, A14 and the A47 from London and the South-east, while the A47 and A14 serve the Midlands and the North.
On entering Great Yarmouth follow signs for the seafront. Passing Sainsbury's go straight over at the next set of traffic lights. At the mini roundabout, turn right onto the seafront. Dukes Holiday Apartment is situated above Eddie's Diner.

By Public Transport:
A number of bus operators provide services to the local area including National Express and First Bus.

By Rail:
There is a regular local service from Norwich to Great Yarmouth. With connecting trains from Norwich to London, Liverpool Street. Peterborough, Cambridge and Ely.

Arrive at Great Yarmouth station. A short taxi ride will bring you to Dukes holiday Apartment on the seafront.
