Clippesby Hall is an independent, family-owned holiday park situated at the heart of the Norfolk Broads. As a member of the family of 15 National Parks in Britain, the Broads is a special place. Here at Clippesby Hall, we are perfectly placed to help you relax and explore the many delights of this wonderful area, as well as the varied beaches of the Norfolk coast and the history and heritage of Norwich and Great Yarmouth.

Our cycle hire centre can help you explore the quiet lanes and countryside of the Norfolk Broads on two wheels, with circular routes, helmets, locks and repair kits provided free of charge. There is a full range of bikes for all ages, including child seats, buggies and tag-a-longs.

If you would prefer the children to remain on-site, our cycle trail winds its way through the woodland around the park, away from any traffic. Linking the Zip Wire to our main Reception, this is ideal for a two-wheeled mini adventure.

PLEASE NOTE: Our on-site Cycle Hire centre is normally open from Easter to October (half-term). Off-peak, cycles hire can be arranged through https://norfolkbroadscycling.co.uk/ conveniently located at Bewilderwood close by and open all year round

Our other facilities include, grass tennis courts (May- September), table tennis, 18-hole mini-golf, BeWILDering adventure playpark with zip wires, and a games room.

Open all year round, Clippesby Hall’s holiday cottages and lodges offer a unique Norfolk Broads holiday experience, with 1-bedroom cosy cottages, 3-bedroom woodland Pine Lodges with private hot tubs, and a 4-bedroom Coach House. Our award-winning camping and touring facilities are spread over eight distinctive areas, providing you with a choice between secluded individual pitches set into the natural woodland, and more open, family-oriented lawns, with electric hookup available. Glamping is also available in our fantastic retreat, Tilly.

BASECAMP, our bar, kitchen, shop and information centre is open to all. Offering cakes and scones, full English breakfast, light lunches, gourmet burgers, speciality pizzas, fish and chips and Sunday roasts.

Set in the heart of the Broads National Park, which is well-known for its meandering waterways and quiet country lanes, Clippesby is surrounded by nature reserves with seaside and tourist attractions nearby. It's a great holiday area with lots of things to do ranging from cycling, walking, boating, horse riding, golf, bird-watching and sightseeing to shopping.

By Road:From Norwich southern bypass (A47) follow brown and white tourist signs to The Broads. At Acle roundabout take A1064 (Caister-on-Sea road). After about 1.5-2 miles take 1st left onto B1152 (Martham/Hemsby/Potter Heigham road) and 1st left again at the village marker. Clippesby Hall entrance is 1st turn right about 400 yds. Signed.
